Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS)This web map displays a portion of Boston’s Privately Owned Public Spaces (POPS). POPS are privately owned and maintained spaces created through the Boston Planning & Development Agency’s development review process that the public is encouraged and invited to enjoy. These spaces can be interior or exterior, plazas, green spaces, courtyards, pedestrian connections, or areas on the Harborwalk.
