This calculator demonstrates a reasonable way of estimating that compensation.You can use this tool to estimate the value of a proposed waterfront project and compare it with the value of a project that abides by Public Waterfront Act rules. When a proposed project limits public access onsite and increases its value, the project benefits from a value premium.
